As a property manager, your main goal is to find - and keep - tenants. When you maintain the appearance of your buildings, both inside and out, not only are you protecting the value of the property, you’re also keeping existing residents happy, while also attracting new ones.
HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1: ESTIMATE
You’ll receive a personalized, detailed proposal that clearly outlines our painting services and the estimated cost of your paint job. A representative from R&R Group will arrive on site to see the space. Often times, you’ll receive an estimate the same day!
STEP 2: PREPARE
After you book your painting job via email or text, we will reply confirming the project date and the specifics. If any extra items need to be dded like repairs or color changes, this could also be added.
STEP 3: PAINT
Our crew will arrive on the scheduled day and begin the work. We always make sure we have the right number of painters for the job to get it completed on time.
We aren’t happy unless you’re happy. Once your project is finished, if something needs fixed or touched
up, we will do it at no extra charge.
