I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Ramos for over 2 years and he is now doing all of our painting and small drywall repair as well as exterior painting. I could not be happier. All the things you look for in a subcontractor relationship that has been lost or is being lost in terms of standards we had a few years back. Those standards being attention to detail, quality of workmanship and getting done on time. His crews have that and if there are any challenges during the projects which of course there are, he is right there himself and we work thru them. Pricing is fair, not the cheapest, which I do not want. Especially in painting where who knows who says he is a painter. Our apartments that we own and our commercial properties require a standard above the basic and we get that with The R and R group. I hope he does not get too busy , because selfishly I like getting him on my projects all the time.
